My Integrative Approach primarily uses a combination of:

  • Psychodynamic and Internal Family Systems (IFS)
  • Logotherapy
  • Expressive Arts
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman and Imago techniques for couples and families

Currently, all services are offered via video or telephone. Walk & Talk Therapy may be a possibility for individual therapy sessions.
